This course was designed to prepare you for a successful negotiation with your employer (i.e., boss, manager, supervisor, etc.) regarding your workplace arrangements. By completing the five modules in this course, you will develop a strong bargaining position in your negotiation for remote, or more flexible work arrangements--thus increasing the likelihood of converting your existing job to remote. This self-paced course is designed to supplement the Remote Online Initiative’s Certified Remote Work Professional online course, but is not a perquisite to enrolling. However, it is highly recommended if your existing job is compatible with remote work. The Negotiation for Remote Work course will take approximately 2-3 hours to complete.
